Patience
Yesterday Cloey spilled her water all over the counter. When I went into the kitchen to see what had happened, I kindof panicked b/c there was some stuff on the counter (like my phone, Cory's batteries to his airplane, and some bags that I needed to return) that I didn't want to get wet. I was expressing my frustration out loud (never a good idea) and Katelund very sweetly said to me, "Mommy, I think you've forgotten your patience."

Oh wow... lovely when they do that to us, isn't it?!
I forget my patience sometimes too... I'm just waiting for one of my kids to ask me to go and look at the picture of Jesus over the mantle and see if I'm acting like he would...
Where was Katelund when I was raising her father? I am afraid Cory knows all too well how many times I forgot my patience. Thank you for sharing one of those moments that I think the Savior could have been refering to when He said: Behold your little ones.
Love, Mommy by the beach
i always tell my Mom I am praying for patience and she tells me that is not something we should pray for. but I will do it till the day I die because I have absolutely none!!!love the new blog page.I like to change mine alot too, but I really like the one I have for now.
Isn't there a scripture that says "Out of the mouth of babes?" Your children know the meaning of patience because you and Cory take the time to teach them it.
How sweet.....my little ones are so accustomed to me "forgetting my patience" that I don't think they'd ever caution me like that. What a great little girl...
I'm sorry, that's hilarious. Your girls crack me up.
