3 matinée movie tickets to see Hotel for Dogs= $18.50
1 small popcorn= $5.25
3 small drinks=robbery
2 happy children who LOVED the movie and who were so excited to actually go to a movie theater because they have a cheap mom who doesn't want to spend $20 when you can just rent a movie for $4=
priceless!!!
This must have been a sad part.

So how was the movie?
It was SO GOOD!!! I definitely recommend it!
How wonderful! I wished I could have been there. Can we have a Zoo date?
Mom
Oh fun! I bit the bullet and took my 3 older ones to see Bedtime Stories on Monday and it was so fun! I'm glad you had a great day!
I know what you mean. To take our family of four to the movies just about kills us! But we did find a movie theater for $1.75 so we just have to wait a few weeks until the new movies get there. I heard that was a cute movie.I am glad you had fun on your snow day! Popcorn at the movies is like Christmas to my kids!
How fun! I took the girls to Bedtime Stories last week after school one day and they loved it. BTW, B. has the exact same coat as Katelund.
My kids LIVE for the movies . . . even though we have a huge projector and screen in our basement, actually going to a place with public restrooms seems to really clinch the deal for them. Go figure. I'm actually partial to the basement, because I can wear my pajamas and if I have to use the bathroom, we can pause the movie. Or I can just leave the door open in the bathroom and keep watching while I do the necessaries. I can't believe I just told you that!
I'm glad they liked it. I'll have to think about taking Brooklynn. They are too cute. Kiss them for me?? Only one more month!!!
I haven't taken the girls to a movie in a while. Four children under the age of 12 sets me back quite a bit.I will have to start saving my pennies.
What a riot!! I am so glad you guys did that. That's a fun splurge.
