Lovin on Grandpa!
Riding the carousel at the mall (part of their Easter egg scavenger hunt that Grandma and Grandpa had put together for them).
Whenever Cory and I are at his parent's house on Sundays, we always go for a Sunday afternoon walk. It was actually one of the most memorable parts of the trip b/c while we were on our walk we decided to take a self-guided tour of the new mansion in their neighborhood that is finishing up the final phases before completion. Cory's parents didn't go in because they didn't think we should, but all of the rest of us did. We had so much fun exploring the place and we were joking the whole time about what we'd do if the owners came while we were there...well they did. We all ran as fast as we could from the third floor. It was so hilarious!! Luckily, Cory's parents were talking (really distracting) them in the front while we ran out the back onto the golf course. It was quite a rush and REALLY funny!
If you look at the trees in the background you will see my favorite things about N. Carolina in the spring!! The beautiful white blossoms on the Bradford Pear trees that are everywhere!!!

This post and and these pictures make me miss NC. How funny that you guys got caught house peaking! Everybody does it around there, it's just so cool to see the stages of new home construction....to see what you would like and what you wouldn't do if it were yours. I wanna see Logan play a baseball game this year....hint to Sherrie if she reads this.....( we need to know if there are games left on his home schedule)
Okay Melissa, I am tired of reading about all your trips here...we should hang out or go on a date one of these times you guys come down!
